An Agreement on Discipline

The Agreement.

The signatory organisations to this agreement agree to enforce with in their own organisation the Suspension, Ban, or Expulsion of any member of any of the other signatory organisations, having had imposed such a disciplinary action on its member, by that organisation.

Principal.

A member of an organisation who has been given a disciplinary judgement removing them from participating in that organisations sport, shall loose their rights to participate in any roller sport for the same period.

This shall be for all disciplinary judgement where the member has brought the sport into disrepute by their actions, except where there are criminal or civil charges being pursued, and then judgement shall be left to the higher authority for judgement.

A member of an organisation shall be deemed to have brought the sport into disrepute if they have been given.
 
A disciplinary judgement removing them from the sport for a period of time, of more that one calendar month.
 
Failing to make payment to the organisation of any dues they are required to pay in pursuit of the sport.
 
Racial, Religious or Sexual abuse.
 
Causing an affray beyond the excepted sports rules for that organisations sport.

An official of each organisation recognised under the Data Protection Act shall hold the information and all the signatory organisations shall exchange such information through said officials.

Any organisation may challenge another organisations judgement, but a majority of the signatory organisations shall be needed to overturn the original organisations judgement.

This agreement shall come into effect from 1st January 2004.

All five associations within the BRSF have signed up to above agreement.
