Dear Sirs,

I have pleasure in communicating you that the Italian Roller Skating Federation will organise an

INTERNATIONAL EVENT FOR ROLLER SPEED SKATING COACHES

"PREPARAZIONE E GESTIONE DELL'ATLETA DI ALTO LIVELLO"
"Preparation and training of elite speed skaters"
 

in Rome (Italy) on February 16, 17 and 18, 2007.


The event is scheduled at the Centro di Preparazione Olimpica "G.Onesti"- Acqua Acetosa, Rome.

It will begin on February 16 at 10h00 and it will end on Feb.18 at 12h00.

Admittance fee: €50 (Euro).

There will be the simultaneous translation in English and Spanish.

Possibility to lodge at the Olympic Centre "G.Onesti"
at the price of €53 (Euro) per person per day in twin room, full board.
Please take note that number of rooms is limited.

This International event has F.I.R.S. patronage and it will be run with the collaboration of
C.E.C. (European Speed Skating Committee) and of
C.I.C. (International Speed Skating Committee).

Brochure about the event and more information will be available after January 20, 2007.

IFK Inlinere, Naestved, Denmark, cordially invites you to
The 5th International Indoor Speed skating Meeting in Naestved,
with an added attraction of a B-series for advanced skaters and
a C-series for first time skaters (beginners).

IFK Inlinere, Naestved are pleased to invite foreign clubs to 
participate in this event.

IFK Inlinere, Naestved will therefore pay entry fee for up to 4 skaters.
Participants exceeding 4 will have to pay normal entry fee.

We are looking forward to see at lot of participants from European countries.

We have this year send out more than 200 flyers in Germany
and invitations by mail to our entire friend in clubs all over Europe.

Last year there were 160 participants and we hope for even more this time.

British Roller Speed Skaters are competing in the
39th International ~ Flanders Grand Prix 2006

Zandvoorde Stadium, Ostend, Belgium
Friday 11 ~ Sunday 13 August

The Zandvoorde Roller Club
~ one of the oldest speed roller skating clubs in Belgium ~
is organising the 39th Flanders Grand Prix, a three day event,
which being held at the Zandvoorde Municipal Stadium.


A number of British Roller Speed Club are sending teams to this event:
South Woodham Ferrers RSC, Team Belotti, Powerslide Racing, Team YMCA.

British Roller Speed Skaters competing in the
2006 European Senior Roller Speed Championships
24 ~ 30 July Cassano D'Adda, Italy

Three British roller speed skaters chosen to represent Great Britain at the 2006 Senior Roller Speed European Championships have arrived in Cassano D'Adda, Italy, (map). These three skaters plus one other will, later in the year, be representing Great Britain at the International Federation of Roller Sports 2006 World Speed Skating Championships, being held in Korea.

This year, for the first time the Confederation of European Roller Skating has combined the European Artistic Skating Championships, the European Rink Hockey Championships and the European Speed Skating Championships into a single festival called the EURO Roller Games 2006, being held in a number of nearby venues in Italy.

The three speed skaters are: Chris Stafford, Vincent Henry, Gavin Pollock

European Cadets & Juniors Roller Speed Championships

British Roller Speed Skaters competing in the 
2006 European Cadets Speed Championships & 
2006 European Junior Speed Championships

12 ~ 19 July 2006 - Martinsicuro, Italy

Three British roller speed skaters, James Ashby a cadet roller speed skater of Team Belotti, Robert McDonald a Junior roller speed skater of Team Belotti and Matthew Price a Junior roller speed skater of PowerSlide Racing Team are currently representing their country at the 2006 European Cadet & Junior Speed Skating Championships, being held at Martinsicuro, Italy.
